“Guide of Drinking”
When I was a child, I was often forced to take a sip of wine while eating out with grown-ups, and there were a lot of weird rules to follow.
If I started eating while the grown-ups were talking, my mother would pinch my legs under the table to stop me.
"nominication" is one of the old- line culture of China，which is derived from wine culture. The difference between both culture is that the "nomunication"bears a very important social function, as well as political communication activities. Which means,it's a workplace communication culture and it is unavoidable.
However, nowadays, the"nomunication"has become a shield for the power game,It is a cover-up of workplace bullying and power oppression under the guise of wine. This‘s a kind of culture acquiesced by Chinese society, so for the vulnerable groups, such as women and those people with low power , there are gradually emerging guides to deal with difficulties in the"nomunication ".
